Live and Quick Translate

Live needs an internet connection. Use Pause or End to stop the conversation. Quick Translate handles one phrase at a time; typed phrases are useful when speech recognition is unavailable. Settings offers Spanish, Russian and Portuguese model downloads over Wi-Fi for use with English when online translation cannot be reached. Phone speech recognition and voices may still need internet.

Quick Translate is powered by Google Translate. Important words and figures should be checked with the speaker. This release has experimental language pairs; no independent interpreter-grade certification is claimed.

Live time and purchases

The purchase screen shows Google Play's local price and the exact minutes and expiry before payment. Supported offers are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. Top-up minutes do not expire; pass minutes expire on the displayed schedule. Paused time is not metered. After ten seconds without speech, silence is not metered. The current turn can finish when time runs out; that overage is not charged to a later purchase.

A pending payment grants no time until confirmed. If your balance has not updated, use Refresh time and prices. Use Restore purchases with the same Google Play account. Consumed top-ups may require support after reinstalling. Keep your Google Play order reference and contact us if time is missing.

Refund eligibility is decided under Google Play's rules and applicable consumer rights. See Google Play refund instructions. A confirmed refund removes unused time from that purchase. We do not charge back time already used.
