Remove app data

On your phone, open Pocket Interpreter → Settings and privacy → Export my app data if you want a copy. Then choose Forget this install and read the confirmation. This revokes access and removes the account link and retry records. It can remove access to unused Live time.

To remove language downloads, choose Remove offline languages. Android's Clear storage or uninstall removes the app's local preferences and credentials. Neither uninstall nor forgetting an install deletes Google Play or RevenueCat purchase records.

Session, billing and cost records are retained for accounting, disputes and abuse investigation; automatic expiry has not yet been implemented. Our app keeps no conversation recordings or saved transcripts to delete. Phrases you saved stay on your phone: delete them in Saved phrases, or uninstall the app to remove them all.

If you no longer have the phone, email support@trypocketinterpreter.com with a request to remove your app data. An install identifier from your metadata export, or a Google Play order reference for a purchase, helps locate it. Never send an install token, password, payment-card information or conversation recording. We will explain what can be removed and what must be retained after reviewing the request.
